Post Menopausal and bleeding after a year and a half.
Is it normal to be post-menopausal and have a period after not having one for a year and a half?

It would be best to call your GYN doctor and get in to see him/her. I don't believe it is normal to end up having a period after not having one for a year and a half, BUT this is something that COULD happen. It is still best to see your GYN to be on the safe side.
