Pregnancy and Premature Ovarian failure

I am 33yrs old. I have a five month old son and have just been told the devistating news that I have premature ovarian failure? I have always wanted a large family.  My doctor was reluctant to discuss this but was pretty negative about my prospects. Is there any hope for more children?
