Proper dosage prometrium with my vivelle dot patch

I have been taking BHRT for almost 2 years, and working with side effects headaches, etc. I think I may have found the perfect dosage at this time, but want to make sure I am taking enough progesterone to protect against cancer of uterus and breast cancer. The patch I am taking is Vivelle Dot .0375 twice per week, and 100 mg of Prometrium. Is that enough progesterone for protection, I feel good, but want to be sure I am protected...Please advise.. Thanks.

How do you feel on the Prometrium? I'm to see a gynecologist on the 20th of July, likely for a uterine biopsy due to a thickened endometrium and I'm assuming that short of a hysterectomy (prolapsed as well), I'll be given some form of progesterone therapy to thin that out if the pathology comes back as normal.
