Right ovarian cyst

I am conceived (12 weeks) and i have a cyst (3.3 X 3.5 cm) in my right overy. Will it affect my baby and/or me. Please suggest me....

While it is not possible to know what type of cyst you have from your description, the most common type is a corpus luteum cyst. That is the cyst that once contained the egg and it continues to produce progesterone to support your pregnancy until the placenta (afterbirth) can take over the job. Those cysts go away on their own and are not a problem. Most likely, this is not a problem. Your doctor might do another ultrasound during your pregnancy in a few months and then you will know for sure if the cyst is gone or going away.
