Septated Cyst/Fibroids/Bleeding Test Results

I have just recieved back my test results.I had spotting & light bleeding post menopause 3 weeks ago.I am 54 and worried. Pap test normal,bisopy normal.Now Ultra Sound results are: Uterus has inhomgeneous echotexture.Endomertial stripe measures about .09cm relateively think for post menopuase.Two fibroids within unterus.One on left side size 1.7x2.4x 1.4m 2nd one left side of the fundus size 3.1x 3.3 x 3.0 cm Unterus size appox 7.7 x 4.3 x 4.0 cm No sign of fluid in the cul de sac Right ovary is 3.3 x 2.4 x 3.1 cm There is a septated cyst noted within the right ovary. Size about 2.8 x 2.2 x 2.6 cm. Left ovary could not be seen.Since this is all very confusing to me do I need to worry about it.And get second opinion.My doctor said he will do another U/S in two months.Could this be causing me to have light cramping,gas,and two many trip s to the bathroom along with back pain if I stand or walk for to long? I thought once you were through with menopause you since you dont ovalate you can't get a cyst.My last perion was 18 months ago. Before that i went a year then had one. All test back then where normal also. At what point do I start to worry? And am i in any danger waitig another 2 months for another U/S?
