Spots

I am currently going through the meno pause and experiencing all the usual symptons of meno pause but in particular I have a triangle of spots on my face (surrounding and on nose) which are very unsightly and become itchy and soar at times.  This is really baffling as I have never suffered with spots at any point in my life. I have tried just about every cream, lotion and potion going but it does not good.  In addition to this, I have also gained a lot of weight, despite the fact that I eat quite sensibly and doubt that I reach my daily allowance of calories per day.  My stomach is continually bloated and on some days I look about 4 months pregnant!! Any suggestions pls?
