Tingling in feet and hands

Tingling in feet and hands

I'm almost 56 and still getting occasional periods, last one was Jan.  In addition to anxiety, night sweats and insomnia, I'm now having tingling in my feet and hands, esp. in a toe my Dr. told me was affected by Raynaud's Disease, which I've had minimally since my 20's.  I got freaked and thought it was peripheral neuropathy and have been up all night worrying...then I read that Raynaud's can get worse during menopause. When I get anxious, the tingling is much worse.  Is anyone else having these kinds of symptoms?  I am SO SICK of menopause!!

Yes, this is common. Try magnesium to get rid of these. I also hate menpause, it has changed me from a strong, happy person to a contant worrier and whiner of what I may have. Good luck to you, Karen
