my uterus produces a sound like bubles

This bubbling sound can be from intestines instead of uterus. Your small intestine, where 90% of nutrients are absorbed, is approximately 20 feet long. As your food passes through your small intestine on the way to your large intestine, its contractile waves move food around to enhance absorption. This is where the gurgling or bubbling sound comes in.
Prolonged stomach gurgling can be a sign of something more serious than hunger or gas, like irritable bowel syndrome, also called IBS.
