Linchen Sclerosus - I.C. - ---Vulvodynia ,- Vulvar Vestibulitis Syndrome what is the connection and what causes the flares, why do pain meds not help in full blown flare?

Also Evening Primrose an oil supplement capsule you can get everywhere get the 1000 mg they are bigger ---prick it with a needle and rub it any where that itching is driving you insane including private parts, it is a natural product that stops itching, A girl once told me as she was studying to be a Natural Doctor that " God has given us all the natural products we need"....the trick is figuring out the answers, I wish I was younger- this is something that I would truly love studying and using in my life---I am ready for some life changes- I think I will do this, because Western medicine is nothing but a keep you sick money making scheme. Granted there are some things out there that are more than band aide, but they would rather keep you sick, because that's where the $$ is.

Having to figure this out on my own, here is what happened---Vulvodynia my case was Vulvar Vestibulitis Syndrome--it is maddening itching, burning and the feeling of sandpaper between your legs including thighs, butt crack, anus and vagina and up inside the vagina--it is a horrible flare ----I did not know at 1st what it was it felt like a yeast infection so I treated it as such- which it does not like, that makes it worse....if you should ever get this you need
1. ice packs like the kids use in their lunches, several of them so you can rotate  them in the freezer they fit well between your legs.
2. Valium, zyrec, medrol dose pack, and vicodin, and I started on Premairin Estrogen cream...
3.Viva paper towel and a soft small towel and a empty bottle of water so you can wash between each trip to the bathroom --Then re-apply  Emu oil all over areas again......
