Weight Loss after menopause
I am having difficulty losing weight. Have been working out and counting calories for 4 months and have only lost 15 pounds. It used to come off much more quickly. What can I do to speed things up?

HI,
There is no magic formula for weight loss. Weight loss can be achieved by a combination of diet control or dietary modification and exercise. However if you are not able to lose weight rapidly inspite of trying enough you should consult your Doctor to rule out hormonal issues like diabetes and thyroid problems.
Hope this helps.
