Who's tried Macafem? Good results or no?

I'm crashing from all the menopause symptoms and wondered if anyone has had success with MacaFem or any Maca product?

I wish that I could help here but, I've never tried any of these products.  

However, I will say that a lot of women get some relief from a good and healthy eating plan, lots of vitamins B, C, D, E, Omegas, Calcium and Magnesium as well as a good exercise plan like walking every day for 30 minutes, dressing in layers for the hot flushes, sleeping with a fan by your bed and trying to reduce/minimize stress levels as much as possible and including Yoga into their exercise routines as it is also calming.  

Hopefully, someone will answer you on the Macrafem soon.  Have you tried a search on this site for that?  Just use the search bar above there and any posts pertaining to it will show up all posts in the archives concerning this. :)
