I wish that I could help here but, I've never tried any of these products.
However, I will say that a lot of womenWomen's way get some relief from a good and healthy eating plan, lots of vitamins B, C, D, E, OmegasOmega-3 Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-500, Calcium and Magnesium as well as a good exercise plan like walking every day for 30 minutes, dressing in layers for the hot flushes, sleeping with a fan by your bed and trying to reduce/minimize stress levels as much as possible and including Yoga into their exercise routinesRoutine sputum culture as it is also calming.
