Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this belly fat? I workout and it just won't move. I've been in menopause for the last 4-5 yrs now. I also experience fatigue and just don't want to do anything. any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
You can't "spot-burn" belly fat, but it's usually the first to burn off when you exercise, regardless of your body shape or size. A dietary modification and exercise will be necessary. Unless you restrict your calorie intake, you're not going to lose belly fat. You should eat a diet rich in fibre and eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Aerobic exercise will facilitate fat loss all over your body, including your belly.
