brown/redish spotting from breast

I am perimenopausal and this last week or so my breast have been heavy and sensitive.  Today i foudn a brown spot on my bra.  When i squeezed my right breast it released a brown/redish liquid like dark rust what could it be?  I had my menstruation two weeks ago. I dont' have any insurance so i appreciate your help.

That sounds ALARMING! - I'd find some way of having that checked out.- You can call your nearest Health Department and tell them your situation and they will work with you according to your income.
Anything coming out of the breasts area that isn't breast milk SHOULD be seen about ASAP.

I think the first question should be did you breastfeed? If you did it may be that some of the milk in your milk ducts never worked its way out. I have been able to squeeze my right brest and work green fluid out of my nipple for years. Its just old milk that never got drawn out. I never used a breast pump. Perhaps when I stopped nursing I should have. Anyway if you did breast feed that might be working its way out and if you did not then I would have it checked out. Fear of the unkown cause can cause a lot of stress and that is not going to make you feel any better. Just my thoughts. They could be wrong.
