can u go in and out of perimenopause

posted a question earlier that had no replies. After 11 months of horrendouis perimenopause symptoms, my periods have stopped. Could this be it or can u go in and out of perimeno? My symptoms where very bad after my first missed period but now all im having is hot spells.

oh yes, im 43 soon and my symptoms were bad palpitations. Periods every few weeks. Headaches and insomnia.

ohhh yes i was five months no period now back again 19 days, just stopped, mm for how long and hot, insomnia, palps,anxiety...the list goes on:)
