thank you! your response is greatly appreciated.
still no sign of menses and another negative HPT. saw the dr. and he said to have a blood test on day 2-3 of my cycle to check for horomone imbalances or possible thyroid problem but I am just not starting. since ive been taking metformin for 2 years now my periods have always been on time up until about 3 months ago but have never been later than 3 days yet, this is the longest cycle ive had since before the medication. so confused. now, ive started with a yeast infection, wondering if something is really wrong. last period was Oct. 23.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Delayed and irregular cycles are a feature of PCOS and hence this is not a matter of concern. Also absence of menses for 7 days does not suggest early menopause. Consult your Doctor for an examination.
Hope this helps.
