What do you recommend for someone going through perimenopause with anxiety?  Can't take HRT or ERT due to recent history of blood clot

Aside from remedies talked about in Scripture for anxiety, I will exercise to try to get endorphines going and I occasionally take a prescribed low dose tranquilizer and sometimes at night when I'm all wound up, I take what I was told was the natural version of the tranquilizer I have prescribed: valerian root.

I've heard many use black cohosh and red clover (herbal supplements) to ease p-memo symptoms...I'm in a similar boat...I don't tolerate HRT's well and am in p-meno myself...Perhaps we will find a solution between us? Hang in there...-I'm "hip to your struggle"...((((((((HUGZ))))))))))~MM
