cramps

I have not had a period in 5-6 years.  About two weeks ago, I started having very mild cramps.  They come and go, just enough to notice.  I am 51 years old and in excellent health.  Any ideas as to what is causing this?  Thanks for your help.

Hi!  I doubt the cramps are reproductive system related.  I'd encourage you since they evidently don't feel like normal intestinal cramps to go to a doctor and tell him/her about the problem.  And even if it were uterine cramps, I doubt it is normal to start having them again after so long and that should be checked out too.  Hope you get the help you need!
