cyst size

My question is about the size of the cyst on my ovary. My age is 70, I have had two cyst on my ovary for  four years. I go for an ultrasound twice a year, In JAN 2008 the size was 2 X 2 X 2.2 X 2,3 CM, the other cyst was 2.2 X 1.7 X 1.9 CM
July 2008 The impression on my ultrasound was separated cyst measuring 3X8 CM X 2.4 CM X 2,4 CM in size, containing several thin separation's.
I have one cyst instead of two , is this good or bad?

Went to ER with cramp like pain in lower abdomen radiating to lower back for a day and no fever, bleeding, vomiting or dizziness. They did ultrasound and Xray. I was told I have an ovarian cyst and uterine fibroid. I am 53 and post menopausal for 1 yr now. The pain is bearable and I am told to see my GYN. What are my options and the best course of treatment for me.
