endometrial biposy

I am 55 and have been having peridoic bleeding in November 2007 very heavy and not again until February 10 th 2009 , I just had a endometrial biposy done and the results are as follows :  

Disordered proliferative endometrim. non-cyclical glandular and stromal breakdown. no evidence of atypia or malignancy.  I have had two D&C's done , one in 2005 and the next in 2006 because of heavy bleediing .

Should I be concerned and get further testing , another opinion ?

I think your results sound good to me.  However, things can and do change over time.  A second opinion is never a bad thing.  I know it is sometimes touchy to get one because many times doctors are all connected.  But, with the persistent bleeding at your age, it warrants an action plan and you should be monitored closely.  It is so important to find gyecological malignancies at early stages so they can be cured!
