fibroids after menopause

i have fibroids that were found in an mri done on my upper and lower back. i had an ultrasound and they were confirmed. I am postmenopausal about 3 years and have no bleeding that i know of. i can tell my stomach is a little larger than it should be but i have no pain. also, my ultrasound showed my uterus as 7cm? do you think i should have a hysteroscopy done? thank you in advance.
