hidden ovarian cyst

I had ovarian cyst which got a little bigger three months (US diagnosed) later so they ordered a MRI. the MRI showed no fluid and no cysts but they could not see the ovaries.  I had two radiologist look and the second told me all looks okay and not to worry and in fact uterus is a bit small.  so here is my confusion --if they cant see the ovaries and thus cant see the cyst on the ovaries why do they think all is okay?  they think ovaries are atrophied and hidden by intestines. the cysts are small under an inch.
