I would say every woman's experience is different. Many women sail through the menopause with nothing troubling them. I have read forums where women have reported that after removal of ovaries and womb they have never felt better in every aspect.
I would give it a while to let your body settle down and I hope that you have a good outcome with this.

Taking this opportunity to wish you a Happy Christmas and a brighter and healthier New Year.
