im i perimenopausal

hi im having severe headaches tests all negative panic attacks i get very aggressive ihave 2 periods this month cant deal with this much longer going mad im 46

Hi Nozmeg.

It sounds like you could very well be in perimenopause. Everyone is different, but the symptoms you describe are all common for peri. . Not everyone has the hot flashes, and others don’t see them until later. It sounds like you’ve been checked for other possible conditions. Have you had your hormone levels tested?

I’ve been doing a lot of reading here and elsewhere lately, and I’m amazed at the variety of ways that menopause affects different women. I must admit that I had been blissfully ignorant, and wasn’t prepared for the way that it was going to impact my own physical, emotional and mental well being.

Take care and hang in there! It’s good to know that you are not alone, and that there are others who are willing to share and help where the can.
