Hello
Im new to this forum and looking for some advise, I went for a viginal ultrasound after having some spotting for the second time in menopause( i have been menapausel for 3 years )
the first time everything was ok and this last time the radiologist could not find my left ovary
the dr asked me when I went in for results ( why didnt she xray my left ovary?) and I said because she couldnt find it  
My question is, is this normal where could my left ovary be

Often in menopause the ovaries become small and difficult to see. Most of the time, if there is a problem, the ovary enlarges and can be seen well. In general, though not always, not seeing the ovary means there is not any problem on that side.
