Im a 44 year old woman and my left breast glands are swollen kinds feels like mastitis but im not producing any milk. What could cause this

HI,
At the age of 44 years you should not take any kind of glandular enlargement or breast swelling or lump lightly. You should consult your Doctor for an examination. This can be anything from clogging of the duct or swelling from a benign or malignant cause.
