Bleeding for two months is best treated by seeing your doctor. Make sure you are not pregnant. You could have anemia from the bleeding and low iron which can be diagnosed by a blood test. There can also be abnormal cells in the lining of the uterus or a buildup of tissue into a polyp. Other things can also cause bleeding like yours.

Your doctor might want to check the lining cells with an endometrial biopsy or look inside the uterus with a small telescope called a hysteroscope, or do an ultrasound.
