my pulse is 122,78,86 . is this a low or high pulse?

Normal resting pulse is 50-100.  122 is not uncommon if you are exerting yourself or feeling stressed or anxious.  What were you doing when your pulse was 122?  Are you feeling any other symptoms like shortness of breath or feeling faint?  The 122 rate is not alarming unless you stay at 122 without provocation and for an extend amount of time or if you are feeling chest pain or passing out.  Then a trip to your doctor for a check up may be warranted but in general you are likely just fine.   Take care.

What michellepetkus told you is correct, I would just like to add a couple things.
First I'd like to ask why you are apparently concerned about your heart rate? Something must have happened to make you notice your HR was at 122, which IS a little high, but as michellepetkus wisely said, it is perfectly normal during periods of exertion or stress/anxiety for our HRs to become elevated. It is when they remain at that level we have a problem. Since your other two readings were well within a normal range, the 122 is nothing to worry about. I wish we knew your age as that can affect HR.
Our HR, just like our blood pressure, changes constantly during the day. If you woke up and immediately took your HR and it was, say, 63 (That, by the way, is your "resting" HR) it will not remain at 63 for long. You jump out of bed because you hit the snooze button once too often and now your running late, so you'r rushing around doing whatever it is you do in the morning. Check you're HR NOW and you'll probably find it at, or over, 100bpm. Totally to be expected. You're running around like a chicken with no head and you're stressed about being late. But then you get to work, find the boss not in yet, so you calm down and get to work. Check your HR now.......it's at 78. Excellent. You see your boss coming your way and suddenly you begin to freak out that he/she knows you were late and like a rocket, your HR elevates. When they pass your desk with a cheerful "good morning," you exhale audibly and your HR goes down to 65bpm. I could go on and on making up scenes from your day to show you how many times your HR will change, but I'd be writing for hours.
The one thing I would like to caution you about is getting obsessed with your HR..........if you do, you may quickly develope not only a phobia, but full on Heart Anxiety and trust me, you do NOT want to go down that road!
There is one thing you can do to help you get over this concern, but it will require a bit of commitment on your part. Get a small notebook and for one week take your HR every hour. Start this when you first wake up. Always note the time! Continue this throughout your entire day, the last check will be just before you turn your light out to go to sleep. Keep doing this the whole week even though you will soon get bored with the whole thing, this is going to prove to you you're fine. At the end of the week, study the numbers. You'll see many patterns emerge. Your first reading will be low, as your day progresses, you'll see many peaks and valleys. If your mornings at work are really hectic, expect your HR to be higher. Around lunch time, your rates will drop. Maybe 2pm is when all hell breaks loose at your job and your HR skyrockets again. The point is, after that week, you'll see that around 6am your HR is low, at 10am it's edging up the scale, at noon it comes down, at two it really gets to galloping, at 6pm when you're home, maybe enjoying a glass of wine, it will be way down.....sorry, you get the idea. You will see what your normal range is for each part of your day and hopefully that will reassure you that when your HR occasionally gets up to 122, it's no big deal.
IF this does not help you, see a cardiologist. He will listen to your heart and ask if you have any other symptoms like pain or shorness of breath. If not, he more than likely will tell you to do what I've just told you to do.
Just as michellepetkus said, you are more than likely just fine, but you do need to get this fear resolved before it turns into something that will make your life very miserable.
