nipple discharge

I am post menopausal...about 2 years since last period - and those went for a few years with just one or two per year, but the question is this:  all of a sudden I have nipple discharge - and a very sore shoulder next to it.
The shoulder may be from some antibiotics that were ived dec 3 --- but this discharge is new--well I could also pinch some out of my nipple when cleaning in the shower, but today - copious amounts.  Please answer if you have any ideas.

I realized that I have had this discharge since I was in my 30s....small amount each day or each time I squeezed.  Still needs to be checked though? I just noticed it more because of my shoulder?  THANKS

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Nipple discharge in post menopausal women needs to be investigated. Consult a Doctor for a breast examination. The colour, odour and presence of associated factors like a breast lump or blood in the discharge should be noted. Also the discharge needs to be tested for infection or presence of malignant cells.
Take care and good luck.
