no period for 5 months

I have not had a period in 5 months, they have always been irregular like this. I have taken like 3-4 pregnancy test within this time and all were negative. For the past 3 days I have been feeling something moving around in my stomach and kicking. My husband even felt it kick. He said it was gas or something like that. But I am concerned because it has been like this for 3 days. What could it be?

At 5 months or 20 weeks is when a baby can be felt moving. If you have been pregnant before and think you are now, even if the pregnancy test is negative, it would be a good idea to have an exam and possibly an ultrasound.
