Hello, I have been on this forum before because of buzzing and tingling sensations thru out my body.  It started in January in my hands and then spread to my legs then my head in February.  I've had MRI in the brain twice last year and recently and once in the cervical spine.  both with and without contrast.
There were some hyper intensities but the neurologist has assured me they were not MS related.  I do have minor disc bulge in my cervical spine in which I received steroid injection twice.  Only helped a little bit.  I recently had a lumbar MRI to see about my legs tingling and buzzing.  Mean while I am getting worse and now I am also getting weaker.  I have started 300 mg of gabapatin 3 days ago. Not sure if its helping.  I'm just running out of patience and would love any input.
I have been tested for Lymes, thyroid, B12, etc.  I was slightly low in Vit. D.  This was 6 months ago.
