I am 32 years old and think I might be in perimenopause. My tubes have been tied and I also had a procedure called hydrothermal ablasion to eliminate my period. That was not successful. My PMSPremenstrual syndrome Relieving pms is horrible. My symptoms include: severe mood swings, headaches, extreme fatigue, diarrhea, and slight weight gain. My cycles seem to be closer together and not lasting very long. I have about one good week a month where I feel normalNormal saline flush. Am I too young for this? What about home kits that test for early menopause?
Update:my ob/gyn ordered 4 tests. FSH/LH levels, TSH, E2, and progesterone. Anyone with comments on this? Anything anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I am 45 had similar symptoms as you, diarrhea, shorter periods, migranes, fatigue etc and I thougth it could be the start of menopause. It turns out I have hyperthyroidism. A simple blood test would be able to tell you this. Take Care and Good Luck
