pre menopause - estrogen - cancer

I’m in my earlier 40's now and I have started my premenopausal, these symptoms brought me to the doctor a couple months ago
1,  started itching in my entire body. I had cholestasis of the liver when i was pregnant 9 years ago and the itching back then was extreme. this one now is not as strong as it was when I had ICP but more than the usual specially when period should come but doesn’t or is delayed.
2. gallbladder is tender some days. I feel pain in the upper right side. I visited the doctor and sonogram show gallstones that originately were created when i had ICP and are still there and doctor said that is why they are bothering me.
3. ia  recent Mamo showed that I have micro calcifications clusters in my LB that were discovered because i found a  cyst on the RB. Biopsy ruled out breast cancer for now, but doctor said hormones (estrogen) are probably to blame.
4. A pelvic exam shows that I also have multiple ovarian cysts.

It seems that the estrogen is fulling all these grows ect. how can i help myself from major complications? what are the chances i will develop ovarian cancer or breast or gall bladder cancer in the near future?   i'm a chilean decent and I read that the leading cause of cancer in Chilean women (more than breast cancer) is gallbladder, . It is strange that Chilean also suffer of very high percentage of ICP that affect the liver and create gallstones.

Regarding the pelvic exam, did you have an ultrasound?  Did any of the cysts show to be abnormal?
