sticky skin

my skin on my inner thighs is stcky if i cross my legs or sleep at night with my legs together i have to almost peel them apart also if i lay with my leg across my partner the same happens and if he moves without me slowly taking my leg of him it sticks and is very painful feels like it will tear

I'd try several things.  Maybe it is salt on your skin, so I'd shower or bathe before going to bed at night to get rid of it.  Maybe the skin is too dry, and lotion would help.  Maybe talcum powder would help if the problem is sweat.  Try the showering or bathing at night first (use a loofah on your legs), and then go from there with the other suggestions if it doesn't help.
