stress and menapause

I am 52 and am struggling with hot flashes and anxiety brought on by stress.  I own a restaurant and stress is high even when I'm "off".  I have never felt anxiety or have ever had any mental problems in the past but I am surprised how all this is affecting me.  What is the longest time anyone has had hot flashes.  I need to see a light at the end of this dark tunnel.
