My dotor said my bloodtest is abnormal because there exists a higher red blood cells. Then after the second bloodtest the result is still the same, but he doesn't say what seem to be my disease and how serious it could be.  That worried me a bit.

Unfortunately, there isn't enough information to offer many suggestions. A normal red blood cell count for a female is 4.2 to 5.4 million cells per mcl. Sometimes the cause is very benign, such as living at a high altitude or dehydration. Other causes include smoking, a heart problem, a problem with your lung (pulmonary fibrosis), or a rare bone marrow disorder called polycythemia vera, kidney disease, exposure to carbon monoxide or using an anabolic steroid.

If your blood cells are too high, it makes sense to talk with a hematologist. That is a doctor who deals with blood diseases. Then you can understand what the problem is, what it is due to, and if treatment is necessary, you'll be with the correct doctor to help you.
