scar from top to bottom of penis,no surgerys?

This is too embarassing for my fiance so im asking he has a defined scar no its not a vein ,that runs from top of circumcision line to bottom of balls what is it?He has never had surgerys other than a normal circ as a baby and has had this long as he can remeber few of his Xs thinks hes had enlargement cause of size , he hasnt.I wouls like to know what it is some kinda rare thing or what no I have never seen this so dont tell me its normal none of the pics ive seen have this or men in my past.
