testicles

I am a male 39 years old. The birthday of both my testicles in the abdominal area, such as the testes and Dan did not move
Unfortunately my parents did not give importance to this issue. After 25 years myself I have to have surgery. I lower my testicles and scrotum, which apparently I was right and the left testis was atrophic ( i am also touching specified)
I married after my surgery. I'm not a baby after 15 years.
In the 15 years I did several tests and a biopsy of my right testicle, but the sperm was found.
Iranian doctors say the condition is treated I want to help you. And I have a question that medical science has no cure for people like me??
I hope it will help me to my doctor about health or that this ability is necessary.

Nowadays there are many hospitals offering  assisted fertilization employing the sperms retrieved from the testes at highly affordable rates.
