17 years old and need help with erection problems

i am 17 and is finding it hard to get a full erection when with other girls i just broke up with my girlfriend about 8 months ago and have tried 3 times having sex with different girls and i don't know whats wrong , it really ****'s me off because i don't feel in love with her at all like some people say might be the problem.
Thing is that i am pretty healthy and i do smoke but only just started and now and again i drink.
