18 Year Old Testical Issues... please help

Hi i am 18 years old, and I have noticed an enlargement in my left testical as of late, although im not sure if my right testical has grown as well... However the left testical has grown much more. I notice a sort of tightness in my scrotum at times, and my left testical seems to be really big, and other times i notice there is a sort of looseness, and the testical does not seem to be AS big. What is causing this strange enlargement? Is it possible for someone as young as me to have a Hydrocele? Also, as of the past 2 days ive been having a pain in my lower right abodomen (above my right leg) and it sometimes moves to my groin area. I can only feel it when i am sitting or laying down. Im not sure if this is appendix related or maybe something to do with testicular cancer... Please let me know what you think thank you very much!!
