2 sores on penis help please

I'm young and not sexually active, when I reached puberty I noticed 2 sores at the top of my foreskin. When I'm flaccid it cannot be seen, when I roll the foreskin back there are two skin coloured sores, i call them sores however they are not painful in anyway at all. I'm not sure how ton describe them I've looked at websites and I can't find anything similar. They are in a U shape or even a bowl shape maybe is the best way to describe it. There is a border around it and it deepenss or hollows slightly in the middle. I finally found the courage to tell my parents and they don't believe it is an STD as I haven't Been with anyone. They have booked me a doctors appointment but before I go could anyone help identify what it is? As an aside my foreskin has always been quite tight so perhaps that has something to do with it. Any insights or advise would be great. Thank you.

Hi Holmes, The problem its a visual thing you have, would have been a good idea to send a photo, as for your tight foreskin, it means as a young boy you did not play with your penis,, in doing so you would have streached your foreskin, so now it needs streaching, so get some baby oil get some on it and just rub it in then slowly start to streach it side ways and also by streaching it upwards, and slowly you will be able to pull it back with ease, it will take some time, if you can do twice a day, but slowly.
Good Luck
