2nd Frenuloplasty an option?

3 months ago I had a frenuloplasty operation to relieve a tight frenulum that was casuing problems during sex.

Although the operation has been successful by now allowing me to retract the foreskin further, I'm still having problems during sex.

The operation was NOT a Y-plasty or a Z-plasty. It was a straight slit across the tight frenulum which then moved down slightly as a result.

The blood vessel still seems to be prominent, and the remaining frenulum is still fairly tight when erect.

Is the possiblilty of undergoing another frenuloplasty operation (for example Y-plasty) an option? Would doctors consider repeating the procedure? I feel as i would benefit from another similar opertion.

What other option do I have as well as this? I;ve heard stretching with steroid creams can help??

you could have another surgery but i would try the stretching for a few months using a device meant for foreskin restoration and the topical steroids.here are some links.
