A small lump on my nutsack

when i was younger ive felt a little bump on my testicle and never thought anything of it, but now its noticable and im not sexually active either. Its right under the skin of my nutsack, it wont move around and it doesn't hurt or anything, it feels like a little rock or soemthing. Could it be cancer or just a little growth. I want to go to the doctor but i don't feel like telling my mom.

you should tell your mom and let her take you to a doctor.she will understand and wants you to be healthy.that's what parents are for.
