IT sounds like it could be an ingrownIngrown toenail hair or some kind of blackhead. OF course, if it's a worry and/or doesn't go away, I think it's worth a quick trip to the Dr.
i have the same problem but more severly than what you are describing
i went 2 the clinic and it is called molesculium (i do not know the exactspelling) they can be contracted fronm swimming in unclean swimming pools the lumpsLumps in the breasts are said to take from 6 months to a year to dissapear or the can be burnt of wich leave scares
