A small lump with two black dots on the side of it on the shaft of my penis

I had this bump for about 3 months now. It's a small round lump with two black dots which looks like two holes in it on the side of my penis shaft. I try to squeeze it, but nothing comes out..and the bump is hard. When I squeeze it.. It hurts a lot. What can this be? Can this be a ingrown hair?

It's also whiteish and smooth. Is this HPV?

IT sounds like it could be an ingrown hair or some kind of blackhead. OF course, if it's a worry and/or doesn't go away, I think it's worth a quick trip to the Dr.

i have the same problem but more severly than what you are describing
i went 2 the clinic and it is called molesculium (i do not know the exactspelling) they can be contracted fronm swimming in unclean swimming pools the lumps are said to take from 6 months to a year to dissapear or the can be burnt of wich leave scares
