About Masturbation

I'm a 25 years old male, I do exercises and i have a little of stress everyday but I masturbate once in a while, I'm able to stop doing it for 2 weeks or so, but then the urge comes like a intoxicating feeling and I end up ejaculating or masturbating, I have it under control around people, but when I'm alone, i can't stand it and I start thinking crazy things, I'm not asking if it is healthy or not, I just want to stop, is there a way to transform the urge into something else?, have anyone found the way out of this thing?, if so, many like me would like the answer. thank you.

Hello,
There is no fixed rule that you should masturbate only up to some times per day or week.
It depends upon individual capacity. As the age advances sexual urge decreases and frequency of masturbation or having sex decreases. At a younger age people usually have more sex drive and their frequency of masturbation  is  maximum. You can indulge in this activity as long as it is pleasurable and you have the drive for it. It shouldn’t cause any pain or discomfort.

Watch less porn, indulge in hobbies like reading or gardening, eat nutritious healthy food,exercise regularly and cut down on smoking or alcohol if you are taking it.

You are asking a surprising question.  From all I have heard masturbation is as normal as using the commode.  But I guess if you really dont want to do it, maybe try heavy exercise, a cold shower, reading a good book, something that will distract you mentally, reward yourself by giving yourself something special when you resist the physical urge, and i guess a doctor would reluctantly prescribe something for you if you could get him to understand why you dont want to.  (Dont go near attractive people!) You are a living, human thing capable of much wonder.  Dont worry, be happy.  There will be too many other things for you to worry about in this life other than this issue.  Let your body alone and also let it be itself.
