Addicted to co-codamol

Hi Im 32 years old and for over 14 years I have been addicted to co-codamol at first it started with just the normal dose and soon became a big propelm in my life, for well over 10 years my dose has been well over 40 tablets a night, im finding it very hard to find the right way and the safeist way to come of these tablets I have been to the doctors and seem to hit a brick wall all the time,
dose anyone know of any good sites that deal this kind of problem,

You might try posting this under the "Mental Health" forum of this website.  I've seen many people over there with addiction problems.  Might help you some.  Good luck.
