Adult Post-Circumcision foreskin complication????

Hi Docs,

I'm 27 and had to have an adult circumcision due to many years suffering with tight foreskin which was becoming a pain In more ways than one.

SO my penis used to change its flaccid shape massively depending on tempreture and activity, as probably do most mens but mine used to fluctuate massively from very very small to average.

Since undergoing circumcision 4 days ago my penis seems to sit a lot lower and longer than before, but my problem comes when especially at night time when its cooler my penis tries to retract more and seems to push the cut rim that's now stitched up up against the glands. its not painfull but does feel a bit throbbing and the colour of the shaft skin changes abit more when i walk around, however when I'm lying down this doesn't happen and its normal. there is still tenderness and brusing since the opp and those areas are still sore to touch so maybe the swelling and bruising in certain areas is from the opp and I'm just overthinking that it may be restricting blood flow but my main concern is, is it possible for the circumcised bit possible to cut off blood flow to the glands when the penis retracts more causing a paraphimosis condition or is this extremely difficult given that the skin behind the glands is a lot looser than that of a foreskin that would cause paraphimosis
