Adverse effects on sperm?

Greetings.

I am a recreational marijuana user (less than twice a week, infrequent weeks). I also masterbate with frequency (once per day, most days). I wish to have children in the next 10 years. Will my drug use and masterbation (masturbation) have an adverse effect on my sperm? If so, aside from the obvious remedy (stopping), is there anything else I can do to ensure that I can have kids later on?
