Am I masturbating too much

Yesterday, I masturbated 3 times.  Back to back in the morning, and then again later in the day, all to porn.  I feel so conflicted too now because it seems like every chance I get, I must look at porn.  I could be planning to play basketball, then if I get the opportunity when I'm alone, I will jackoff to porn.  And it's really disgusting stuff now, it has to be extreme.  I've even started watching shemales, this started a couple of months ago and I save all the vids I watch via my email.

you are right.  I really need a hobby.  I think if I had something to do, this wouldn't be a problem for me.

Thank you for your advice.  I am trying to stay positive and not feel too down.  It does bother me a bit, especially the shemale thing.  I don't want the addiction to go further.

I have never had a gf or even had sex.  And I'm 28..so...yeaaa....*sigh.  I'm not even sure I know how to approach and interact with them in a relationship.  My only sexual experience is from porn.

Looks like you're in the stage of porn addiction. Are you in a relationship right now? Do you engage in sex with your girlfriend if you have one? Hope you're doing protection. Anyway back to the issue. I used to watch hardcore porn in my younger days because I was still discovering sex that time and I was excited to try the various positions that I saw in the porn videos. I also masturbated at least three times a day. As I grow older, the porn addiction faded.

Focusing on other activities such as work and new hobbies so you would have less and less time being alone can really help. Frequent sex in various positions can also lessen the urge to watch porn - that is if you are satisfied with the sex! If you would choose to do the latter, just wear protection always.

Hope this helps!

Easier said than done, but if you could distract yourself with other things, such as hobbies or other interests and do them with others, both male and female, then you would not be on your own so much with the temptation to masturbate.  Being sexed up and then releasing is a good feeling but when done to excess can get in the way of life's goals and other accomplishments whether you are in school or on the job.

It is most difficult to supress  the sexual urge. It is very powerful energy. It can be converted to mental energy by slow, and deep abdominal breathing. Google Abdominal breathing, learn it and do it for 10 minutes twice a day. when you learn it you can use it to cam your sexual urge. By taking few breaths you will be able to control you urge. Sometimes when you have to masturbate, do not see porno, do not use dry hand, lubricate the hand, do not stop breathing while masturbating, relax your perineum, empty your bladder before you masturbate. Do not masturbate in a prone position.
