I haven't had protected sex in over a month in over 34 days..I do masterbaute alot but do not use lube...All of a sudden i developed an itching sensation on my penis under neath my penis head and a bit lower...as i looked at it after awhile i developed some sort of rash on my penis..Please tell me if im ok

It's highly unlikely that this is related to an STD, since you had protected sex. Probably it's nothing serious. See a doctor if it continues, though.
