Am i done with puberty?

Well im 18 year old male and only 5'4 i have done bone age but the cracks on my wrist are not completely fused yet their is still a little crack anyways here is my family background

anyways could i possibly make 5'5 or 5'6  




another thing my penis is only 4 inches will that grow anymore



and i have thin wispy chin hairs and hardly no facial hair and all the men in my family have full beards will i still be able to develope one my dad has a full beard.
